International Shipping
Artixle ships worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund & Return Policy
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.
To process the claim, you must provide:
Clear photos of the damaged product
Photos of the outer packaging
A complete unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened
Damage claims cannot be processed without an unboxing video.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of damaged or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery along with valid proof.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
Refund Processing
Once your claim has been verified, refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly. Refund timelines may vary depending on the original payment method.
